Shipping Options-

We process all orders within the first 24 hours after you make your purchase.  The good news is your shipping will be processed ASAP.  We ship all orders USPS standard priority.   If you are interested in 2 day express shipping, you must select the Express Shipping option at checkout.  If you forget to request Express Shipping, you may send an email to info@essowatches.com with those instructions.  You will receive a response with how much it will cost extra to express ship it to you.

Returns

This has got to be our customers favorite part of Esso Watches.  We keep it very simple for returns.  We will exchange any watch that have any sort of defect or problem within a year of purchase.  Tell me that is not amazing!  Either we are really dumb, or extremely confident in our product quality…you decide!

All sales on this website are final.  We will not issue refunds.

The best way to get your watch back to us so we can replace it, is to throw just the watch (no need to ship back the test tube packaging) into an envelope and mail it to our shipping center:
